AQUASMART ® THERMO Thermal insulation paint
AQUASMART® THERMO is a special thermal insulation paint that helps maintain a lower temperature inside the building in the summer and reduces heat loss in the winter . It can be used on walls, roofs and facades , and thanks to its flexible structure it does not crack and adheres perfectly to the surface. It is easy to apply and resistant to UV radiation and difficult weather conditions. The perfect solution for residential and industrial buildings.
AQUASMART ® – THERMO is a single-component polyurethane paint with thermal insulation properties. Used inside and outside buildings. It is resistant to all weather conditions. AQUASMART ® – THERMO is characterized by unique thermal insulation properties – in winter it limits heat loss from the inside of the building to the outside, while in summer it minimizes the building heating process. The paint owes these properties to closed-cell polyurethane, on which its composition is based. It requires the use of a protective coating to prevent the impact of UV radiation.
APPLICATION
AQUASMART® THERMO is a single-component, water-based thermal insulation paint that limits surface heating in summer and reduces heat loss in winter. It can be used for:

- Thermal insulation of residential and industrial buildings .

LIMITATIONS
- Not recommended for use on fragile surfaces .
- Minimum application temperature 5°C .
APP
- Preparation of the substrate:
- The surface should be clean, dry and well bonded .
- Old acrylic paints can be covered provided they have good adhesion.
- Priming:
- Depending on your needs, you can use AQUADUR™ or AQUASMART® EPOXY PRIMER as a moisture barrier.
- For a breathable coating, UNIVERSAL PRIMER 2K is recommended .
- Mixing:
- Mix with a low-speed mixer (100 rpm).
- You can add 5-10% water if necessary.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush, airless spray.
- Minimum consumption: 2 L/m² in one or two layers.
WEAR
- Minimum total consumption: 2 L/m² .
PACKAGING
- 1L, 4L, 10L .
STORAGE PERIOD
- 12 months in original sealed container at a temperature of 5-25°C .
CERTIFICATION
- ISO 9001/14001 & OHSAS 18001 .
