HYPERDESMO® S
Single-component, thixotropic polyurethane liquid membrane with improved fire reaction parameters. Very high elasticity (800%), reduced content of volatile organic compounds.
HYPERDESMO®-S is a high-quality thixotropic polyurethane membrane , designed for waterproofing complex structures and vertical surfaces. Thanks to its unique formula, it is characterized by excellent adhesion , flexibility and resistance to extreme weather conditions. The product does not require additional reinforcement, and its low-solvent formula ensures safety of use and minimizes the risk of air bubbles. It is ideal for roofs, balconies, verandas, as well as for the protection of PU foam and structures requiring exceptional durability.
HYPERDESMO ® -S is the result of Alchimica R&D research and investment in production infrastructure. HYPERDESMO © -S is a material without transport restrictions (non imo). Moreover, waterproofing of complex structures using HYPERDESMO ® -S, as well as vertical surfaces, is now easier thanks to its improved rheology. The product does not tend to bubble even at high consumption per layer.

LIMITATIONS
- Do not use on low quality substrates .
- Not suitable for reservoirs with chemically treated water.
- Not recommended for places exposed to very high temperatures .
- In case of sun exposure, protection with HYPERDESMO®-ADY-E top coat is required .

- Minimum total consumption: 1.5 kg/m² .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer.
- Remove fats, grease, cement laitance and loose fragments.
- Fill gaps with HYPERSEAL® .
- Priming:
- Use an appropriate primer selected for the type of surface.
- Mixing:
- Use a slow speed mixer ( 300 rpm ).
- For airless spraying, add 5-10% SOLVENT-01 .
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush, airless spray.
- Wear:
- Minimum total: 1.5 kg/m² .
- Recoating time: 6-48 hours .
