Roof waterproofing | Renovation of leaky roofs
We present a series of modern roof waterproofing products . HYPERDESMO® liquid polyurethane membranes (durability class W3 – minimum service life 25 years) are applied cold with a roller or hydrodynamic spray. Without welding/gluing, they bind to all types of substrates currently used in construction, enabling waterproofing of concrete roofs, EPDM , PVC membranes, TPO/FPO, bituminous felt, asphalt, acrylic coatings and others with a force of >2N/mm2, i.e. 20kg/cm2.
Three steps to roof waterproofing
The intelligent roof waterproofing system created by our company allows for the renovation of a leaky roof using only three layers of products. The first is a primer, supplied by us in several versions, intended for different types of substrates. The next – precisely liquid polyurethane roof membranes , with the use of which you can create excellent waterproofing of a new roof, as well as restore old, leaky roof coverings. It is worth covering the primer and the liquid membrane with a protective coating for special protection against the effects of UV radiation. Roof membranes covered with ADY-E top-coat meet the standards for so-called “cold roofs”.
Waterproofing
Thanks to the liquid form of the HYPERDESMO ® polyurethane membrane and application performed with a roller/hydrodynamic spray, very precise waterproofing of every detail of the roof surface is possible. The attachment points of technical installations (e.g. air conditioners, solar panels, relay antennas, etc.) will no longer be critical points, particularly exposed to water penetration and leaks. HYPERDESMO ® will seal them perfectly
