In this section we present the HYPERDESMO ® family products used for roof repair, waterproofing of roofs with worn-out EPDM roof membrane and old acrylic coatings. Our solution allows to obtain many years of roof tightness (the highest durability class W3 – 25 years). Hyperdesmo technology is economically effective thanks to the application of a liquid membrane made of polyurethane resins directly on the old, worn-out roof covering without the need to remove and dispose of it. As a result, we will obtain a seamless, strongly bonded to the substrate coating on the entire roof surface, characterized by high resistance to all operating factors such as UV, high and low temperatures, standing water. Additionally, in the case of using the optional HYPERDESMO ADY-E top-coat, we will obtain high solar reflectivity parameters SRI = 102.
In places with UV exposure, we recommend using 100% aliphatic products – this is a category of resins with extremely high UV resistance that do not discolour or chalk.
Protective coating
The protective coating (top-coat) in the HYPERDESMO © system is optionally used to increase the solar reflectivity parameters to SRI 102 (a parameter exceeding the requirements for so-called cool roofs ) and to increase the resistance of HYPERDESMO © polyurethane membranes to operational loads from P1 to P3.
