ACCELERATOR-3000A

ACCELERATOR-3000A © is a technologically advanced chemical bonding accelerator (curing accelerator), designed for Hyperdesmo ©  polyurethane liquid membranes (except for the HAA variety). This product was created in such a way as to obtain an optimal relationship between the bonding speed and the working time with the product. Along with the reduction of the bonding time of the Hyperdesmo line membranes, this additive increases its parameters, including hardness and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION

ACCELERATOR-3000A® is a chemical bonding catalyst designed for use with HYPERDESMO® Classic and HYPERDESMO® LV polyurethane membranes . Its main applications include:

• HYPERDESMO® membrane curing accelerator – especially at low temperatures (<5°C) and low air humidity.
• Reducing the risk of air bubbles forming during application.
• Increased thixotropy – facilitates application of the membrane on vertical surfaces.
• Possibility of applying a thicker layer of membrane in one work cycle.
• Improving the mechanical and chemical resistance of polyurethane membranes.
• Roof waterproofing.

APP

• Before adding ACCELERATOR-3000A® :
  • Mix the contents of the container carefully, preferably by shaking.
• Mixing:
  • Dosage:
    • HYPERDESMO® Classic → 1 kg ACCELERATOR-3000A® per 25 kg of membrane .
    • HYPERDESMO® LV → 1.5 kg ACCELERATOR-3000A® per 25 kg of membrane .
  • Pour the accelerator into the container with the membrane and mix with a low-speed mixer , ensuring that the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Working time with mixed product: 30 minutes at 25°C .

COMMENTS

• Do not use with membranes:
  • HYPERDESMO® HAA ,
  • HYPERDESMO® ADY-610 ,
  • HYPERDESMO® ADY-810 .

STORAGE PERIOD

• 12 months in original, tightly closed packaging, stored in a dry place at a temperature of 5-25°C .
