HYPERGLUE TX-40

HYPEGLUE  TX-40  is a single-component, solvent-free  polyurethane adhesive that bonds by reacting  with air humidity.  The adhesive combines high elasticity and excellent  mechanical properties ,  allowing wood to expand and work without damage .  The product is used  indoors and outdoors for  waterproof  bonding of all  types of parquet,  wooden floors and ceramic tiles  on various substrates. In wet rooms ,  the adhesive layer also provides effective waterproofing.

APPLICATION

HYPERGLUE®-TX40 is a single-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive that cures on contact with moisture. It is intended for:

• Bonding parquet and wooden floors :
  • Mosaic parquet,
  • Laminated and prefabricated parquets,
  • Industrial parquet floors.
• Bonding of building materials :
  • Chipboard, plywood, exotic wood,
  • Ceramic tiles on balconies and terraces,
  • Industrial floors exposed to moisture and heavy loads.

CONSUMPTION

• 1-1.2 kg/m² – 6 mm notched trowel .
• 0.5-0.8 kg/m² – 3 mm notched trowel .

• 15 kg (bucket).
• 600 ml (sausage).

STORAGE PERIOD

• 12 months in original, tightly closed packaging, in a dry place (5-25°C).
