UNIVERSAL PRIMER 2K-4060
Two-component primer dedicated to preparing surfaces before applying HYPERDESMO® liquid membranes. Used, among others, on bituminous substrates such as thermoplastic felt, adhesives, etc. It can also be used on concrete and metal substrates.
The UNIVERSAL PRIMER-2K-4060 primer is a two-component primer dedicated to preparing the surface before applying HYPERDESMO ® liquid membranes as well as other polyurethane products from the Alchimica offer. A fast-setting product, free from solvents (zero VOC). Designed to ensure high membrane adhesion even on damp concrete.
APPLICATION
- Priming surfaces before applying HYPERDESMO® liquid polyurethane membranes.
- Universal primer for metal (including galvanized), aluminum, marble, concrete (dry and wet), asphalt, acrylic coverings.
- Improves the bonding strength of layers of other products.
- Can be used in poorly ventilated interiors.

HYPERDESMO SYSTEM application guide
APPLICATION
- Surface preparation: Clean the surface, remove greasy substances, cement laitance and old coatings.
- Mixing: Combine components A and B in a ratio of 1:1.5 by weight or 1:2 by volume.
- Thinning (optional): 5-10% SOLVENT-01 may be added, but only in well-ventilated areas.
- Application: Brush or roller. Once set, the HYPERDESMO® membrane can be applied.
- Setting time: The product is quick-drying – only prepare as much material as can be used within 20-30 minutes.
