MICROPRIMER-PU
is a single-component polyurethane primer for use on highly porous surfaces
MICROPRIMER-PU is a single-component, colorless primer used on smooth and porous surfaces, absorbing and non-absorbing liquids. Fully aliphatic, non-staining, showing excellent adhesion even to smooth and glassy surfaces. Also used as a high-quality impregnation for concrete surfaces.
APPLICATION
- Priming surfaces before applying HYPERDESMO® membranes, floors and Hyperseal series sealants.
- Application on various surfaces:
- Ceramic tiles
- Smooth surfaces (glass, marble, metals)
- Polyurethane impregnation of concrete

- 100% aliphatic – does not yellow or stain surfaces.
- One-component – easy application.
- Low viscosity – very good impregnation properties.
- Relatively short setting time.
- High bonding strength to smooth surfaces (glass, metal).
- Can be colored with Alchimica pigments.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Cleaning the surface (preferably with a high pressure washer).
- Removal of greasy substances, cement laitance, old coatings.
- Application:
- Application with a brush or roller.
- Consumption: 50-200 g/m², depending on the porosity of the substrate.
- Once dry, a membrane or sealing-adhesive mass can be applied.
