HYPERDESMO®-COLD CURE POLYUREA ZERO is a two-component, roller, notched trowel or squeegee applied liquid polyurea membrane with 100% solids. The product sets quickly, in 2 hours it creates a uniform, bubble-free waterproofing membrane characterized by high resistance to damage, with high adhesion to the substrate.

APPLICATION


  • Waterproofing and protection of various surfaces, including:
    • PUR spray thermal insulation,
    • Wet rooms (bathrooms, laundries, changing rooms),
    • Verandas, balconies, terraces,
    • Roofs, including buildings with increased fire risk,
    • Light roofs made of fibre cement, metal,
    • Renovation of roof coverings (roofing felt, PVC).

  • Fast setting – creates a uniform, bubble-free membrane in 2 hours.

APPLICATION


  • Preparation of the substrate:
    • Clean the surface, remove oils, grease, waxes, cement laitance and loose particles.
    • Fill cracks in the substrate.
  • Priming:
    • Use appropriate primer (according to the primer selection table).
  • Mixing:
    • Combine the ingredients and mix with a low-speed mixer ( 300 rpm ).
    • Working time after mixing: 10-15 minutes.
  • Application:
    • With a squeegee or roller, in one or two layers.
    • Wear:
      • First layer: 0.8-1 kg/m² .
      • Second layer: 0.8-1 kg/m² .
      • Minimum total: 1.5-2 kg/m² .
    • Time to apply the next coat: 3-24 hours (do not exceed 48 hours).
