HYPERDESMO®-COLD CURE POLYUREA ZERO is a two-component, roller, notched trowel or squeegee applied liquid polyurea membrane with 100% solids. The product sets quickly, in 2 hours it creates a uniform, bubble-free waterproofing membrane characterized by high resistance to damage, with high adhesion to the substrate.
APPLICATION
- Waterproofing and protection of various surfaces, including:
- PUR spray thermal insulation,
- Wet rooms (bathrooms, laundries, changing rooms),
- Verandas, balconies, terraces,
- Roofs, including buildings with increased fire risk,
- Light roofs made of fibre cement, metal,
- Renovation of roof coverings (roofing felt, PVC).

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface, remove oils, grease, waxes, cement laitance and loose particles.
- Fill cracks in the substrate.
- Priming:
- Use appropriate primer (according to the primer selection table).
- Mixing:
- Combine the ingredients and mix with a low-speed mixer ( 300 rpm ).
- Working time after mixing: 10-15 minutes.
- Application:
- With a squeegee or roller, in one or two layers.
- Wear:
- First layer: 0.8-1 kg/m² .
- Second layer: 0.8-1 kg/m² .
- Minimum total: 1.5-2 kg/m² .
- Time to apply the next coat: 3-24 hours (do not exceed 48 hours).
