Single component, moisture reactive polyurethane/polyurea membrane designed for waterproofing bridge platforms and other heavy duty applications
HYPERDESMO®-300 is a single component, moisture curing, liquid applied polyurethane/polyurea membrane designed specifically for waterproofing bridge decks. HYPERDESMO®300 exhibits crack bridging properties over a wide range of extremely high and low temperatures and has excellent resistance to chemical attack, including chlorides.
APPLICATION
- Waterproofing and protection of bridge slabs and other surfaces requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance.
- Application on:
- Bridge platforms ,
- High strength roofs ,
- Areas exposed to petrochemicals and salts ,
- Surfaces with complex geometry requiring a thixotropic coating .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer.
- Remove oils, grease, cement laitance and loose fragments of coatings.
- Fill gaps with appropriate repair materials.
- Mixing:
- Use a slow speed mixer ( 300 rpm ).
- When applying by spraying, add SOLVENT-01 (max. 10%).
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush, airless spray .
- Wear:
- Minimum recommended: 2.5 kg/m² .
- Time to apply the next coat: Do not exceed 48 hours.
