HYPERDESMO ® HAA
Single-component liquid polyurethane membrane based on the combination of HYPERDESMO and Accelerator 3000A. Accelerated cross-linking in low humidity and low air temperatures. Used for waterproofing new roofs and renovation of worn-out roof coverings.
HYPERDESMO ® -HAA is a single-component liquid polyurethane membrane based on the combination of HYPERDESMO and Accelerator 3000. This composition enables efficient application of the membrane at low temperatures and low air humidity. It also enables application of the membrane in one thick layer, free from bubbles, at a consumption of ~2kg/m2. This results in a shorter project implementation.
APPLICATION
- Waterproofing and protection of surfaces such as:
- Roofs,
- Terraces, verandas and balconies,
- Lightweight roofs made of metal or fibre cement,
- Sealing/repair of bituminous and asphalt membranes,
- Sealing and renovation of EPDM/TPO/FPO/PVC membranes ,
- Plasterboard.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Contains Accelerator 3000 – fast setting and polymerization even in thick layers.
- No bubble formation – application possible in various weather conditions.
- UV resistance – the white version of the membrane is highly reflective (reflects ~95% of solar radiation).
- Excellent thermal resistance –
- Constant operating temperature: up to 80°C ,
- Maximum shock temperature: 200°C .
- Frost resistance – remains flexible even at -40°C .
- High mechanical resistance – resistance to stretching, tearing and friction.
- Vapour permeability – the membrane “breathes”, preventing the accumulation of moisture.
- Can be applied to most surfaces – requires appropriate priming.

- Minimum total consumption: 1.5 kg/m² .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface, remove oil, grease, cement laitance and loose fragments.
- Fill gaps with HYPERSEAL ® .
- Priming:
- The selection of the appropriate primer depends on the type of substrate.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush or airless spray.
- Consumption: minimum 1.5 kg/m² .
- Recoating time: 6-48 hours.
- If the 48-hour period is exceeded , chemical activation or consultation with an advisor is necessary.
