HYPERDESMO ® 2K-W
Two-component, thixotropic, solvent-free (zero VOC) liquid membrane based on polyurethane resins dedicated to waterproofing water tanks, including drinking water tanks.
HYPERDESMO ® -2K-W is a two-component, thixotropic, solvent-free liquid membrane designed for waterproofing surfaces with permanent contact with water, such as drinking water tanks (certification available on request). Application in two layers at a consumption of 700 gr/m 2 per layer.

- Waterproofing and protection of drinking water tanks such as:
- Concrete tanks,
- Prefabricated drinking water tanks,
- Steel tanks,
- Underground and above-ground tanks.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer.
- Remove greasy substances, cement laitance and loose fragments of old coatings.
- Fill gaps with HYPERSEAL®-25LM .
- Priming:
- Use AQUADUR PRIMER , especially in case of negative pressure (underground tanks).
- Mixing:
- Combine components A and B using a low-speed mixer ( 300 rpm ).
- Working time after mixing: 30 minutes (at 20°C).
- Application:
- Application method: roller, hydrodynamic spray.
- Wear:
- 700 g/m² per layer .
- Minimum total consumption: 1.4 kg/m² .
- A single layer with a consumption of 1.4 kg/m² can be used on tank walls .
- Recoating time: 6-48 hours .
