HYPERDESMO® D-2K
Two-component, solvent-free liquid membrane based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane resins
HYPERDESMO® -D-2K is a two-component, solvent-free liquid membrane based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane resins with the addition of inorganic fillers, to which the product owes its excellent resistance to friction and chemicals. The membrane bonds as a result of a reaction with moisture contained in the atmosphere. The membrane shows excellent adhesion to almost any type of substrate. The membrane has medium elasticity and increased resistance to chemicals.

- Waterproofing and protection of surfaces such as:

- Minimum total consumption: 0.6-1.0 kg/m² .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer,
- Remove greasy substances, cement laitance and loose fragments of old coatings,
- Fill the gaps with appropriate products ( HYPERSEAL ®-25LM ).
- Priming:
- Use appropriate primer.
- Mixing:
- Pour component A into the container with component B and mix with a low-speed mixer ( 300 rpm ).
- Working time after mixing: 20 minutes (at 25°C & 55% RH).
- Application:
- Application method: roller, rubber squeegee, notched trowel.
- Wear:
- 0.3-0.5 kg/m² per layer ,
- Minimum total: 0.6-1.0 kg/m² .
- Time to apply the next coat: 6-24 hours (do not exceed 48 hours).
