HYPERDESMO 2K-Tech Polyurethane membrane
HYPERDESMO®-2K-TECH is a durable protective coating that is applied by spraying to protect surfaces from water, abrasion and chemical agents. It works perfectly on roofs, floors and industrial structures, providing fast curing and exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures. Due to the lack of solvents, it is safe for the environment and ideal for use in closed rooms.
HYPERDESMO 2K-Tech is a two-component (mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume) liquid polyurethane membrane, the chemical polymerization process of which is typical for polyurea products. It is characterized by very low viscosity and is intended only for airless spray application. Highly flexible, with improved fire reaction parameters (Class I) dedicated to commercial and industrial applications. Gel time 30 sec. High resistance to friction and impact.

- Waterproofing and surface protection, including:
- Industrial floors,
- Roofs,
- Pipes,
- Protective coatings for casting moulds,
- Sealing of cement surfaces,
- Protection of polyurethane and polystyrene foams.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- The surface must be clean, dry, free from grease and cement laitance.
- Fill gaps and cracks.
- Priming:
- Selection of appropriate primer according to the primer selection table.
- Application:
- Application temperature: 5-35°C, relative humidity below 85%.
- Method: Low pressure spray, roller, brush.
- Minimum consumption: 1.5-2.0 kg/m² .
- Do not walk on the coating until 24 hours after application .
