HYPERDESMO ® ADY-2K
Two-component sealing and protective coating for polyurethane floors HYPERFLOOR, EPOXY RESIN 51 Flooring
HYPERDESMO®-ADY-2K is a durable, UV-resistant protective coating that protects waterproofing membranes, floors and swimming pools from sun, abrasion and damage. It is easy to apply , does not yellow under the influence of UV radiation and can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces. Thanks to its two-component formula, the product is durable and resistant to chemicals , ensuring a long life of the protective coating.
HYPERDESMO ® -ADY-2K is a two-component sealing and protective coating for HYPERFLOOR polyurethane floors, EPOXY RESIN 51 Flooring and HYPERDESMO ® -POLYUREA-2K-HC polyurea membranes. The coating has very high mechanical and chemical resistance. High covering properties. Thixotropic product, dedicated to covering vertical and horizontal surfaces. The coating is fully aliphatic, does not turn yellow as a result of strong exposure to sunlight. Application in one or two layers with a maximum total consumption of 0.5 kg/m 2 .
APPLICATION
HYPERDESMO®-ADY-2K is a two-component, aliphatic protective coating , used as:
- Closing and protective layer for polyurethane systems (e.g. HYPERFLOOR™),
- UV protective coating for polyurea membranes (e.g. HYPERDESMO®- POLYUREA-2K-HC ),
- UV-resistant polyurethane paint for floors and swimming pools.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- 100% aliphatic formula – the coating never yellows when exposed to sunlight.
- Solvent-free composition (100% solids) – ecological and safe to use.
- Excellent mechanical resistance – resistance to tensile, friction and abrasion.
- Very good coverage – high pigment content allows for uniform surface coverage.
- Chemical and hydrolytic resistance – product resistant to chemicals, water and environmental factors.
- Long working time – 30 minutes, which makes application easier, but quick hardening (3-4 hours).
- Can be applied on vertical surfaces – the thixotropic formula allows for uniform application even in one layer.

- Maximum total consumption: 0.5 kg/m² .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer (if possible).
- Remove contaminants (oils, grease, cement laitance, old coatings).
- On smooth surfaces, priming with PRIMER-T or light sanding with sandpaper is recommended .
- Mixing:
- Mix component B thoroughly before adding to component A.
- Combine ingredients and mix for 10 minutes (by hand or with a low-speed mixer – 300 rpm).
- After induction time (10 min), mix again and start application.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, rubber squeegee.
- Minimum consumption: 0.5 kg/m² (do not apply thicker layers!).
- Time between coats: 8-48 hours .
- After 48 hours, light matting is necessary before applying the next layer.
