AQUASMART TC Floor Protect Protective Coating
AQUASMART®-TC FLOOR PROTECT is a durable protective coating that protects industrial floors, parking lots and membranes against UV radiation, abrasion and dirt . It is easy to apply, quick-drying and resistant to intensive use. It can be dyed, and its satin-matt finish ensures an aesthetic appearance and long-term surface protection.
AQUASMART TC Floor Protect is a two-component, fully aliphatic sealing coat with increased chemical and mechanical resistance parameters. The product is recommended for the protection of self-flowing polyurethane and epoxy floors and Hyperdesmo liquid membranes. The Aquasmart TC Floor Protect formula is based on water dispersion technology, therefore the product can be colored with standard water-soluble pigments. Roller application at a consumption of 150-300 gr/m 2 .
APPLICATION
AQUASMART®-TC FLOOR PROTECT is a two-component, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to protect:
- Polyurethane and epoxy floors ,
- Membranes and surfaces exposed to UV radiation ,
- Car parks ,
- Industrial floors requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface (pressure washing recommended).
- Remove grease, wax, dirt that may reduce adhesion.
- Mixing:
- Mix components A and B with a low-speed mixer ( 300 rpm ) for a few minutes.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, spray.
- Minimum consumption: 150-300 g/m² (in one or two layers).
- Recoat time: Make sure the previous coat is completely hardened.
