WATERFOAM FHF
Single-component polyurethane, hydrophobic resin, which bonds by reaction with water.
WATERFOAM™-FHF is a special resin injected into concrete that seals cracks and prevents water leaks . It is used to protect foundations, tunnels, drains and water tanks , strengthening their structure and eliminating leaks. The product is durable, water resistant and easy to apply with an injection pump. The ideal solution for repairing and strengthening concrete in difficult conditions
WATERFOAM TM -FHF is a single-component polyurethane, hydrophobic resin, which bonds by reaction with water. It creates a non-plastic heavy duty joint that fills and seals cracks and gaps in concrete. Effectively stops concrete leaks. The product is recommended for use with concrete exposed to intense structural movements (e.g. seismic shocks), car traffic, etc. Application using a single-component injection pump.
APPLICATION
WATERFOAM™-FHF is a single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane injection resin used to seal and strengthen concrete in structures exposed to water and moisture. It is ideal for:
- Foundations ,
- Underground garages and tunnels ,
- Sewerage and wastewater systems ,
- Reservoirs and water channels ,
- Dams and other hydrotechnical structures .

APP
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface (e.g. with a high-pressure washer).
- Remove oil, grease and loose concrete particles.
- Fill larger gaps with HYPERSEAL®-25LM .
- Mixing:
- Add WATERFOAM™ Catalyst in a ratio of 1-10% (depending on temperature and humidity).
- Store the mixture in a closed container to avoid premature reaction with moisture.
- Application:
- Use an injection pump .
- Gradually increase pressure during application.
CLEANING
- Clean the equipment immediately after application with SOLVENT-WF SPECIAL to avoid resin binding in the equipment.
CONSUMPTION AND PACKAGING
- Consumption depends on the depth and structure of the cracks in the concrete.
- Available packaging: 5L, 20L, 200L .
