Two-component self-flowing expansion joint mass based on polyurethane resins
HYPERSEAL ® -2K-F is a two-component self-flowing expansion joint mass based on polyurethane resins, designed for efficient sealing of expansion joints on large surfaces. After setting, it creates a highly resistant mass strongly bound to almost any type of surface.
HYPERSEAL®-2K-F is a durable, flexible sealant that provides full water and chemical resistance . It is used to seal expansion joints in industrial floors, roads, water tanks and runways . Easy to apply and resistant to extreme temperatures, it is an excellent solution for demanding structures.
APPLICATION
HYPERSEAL®-2K-F is a two-component, self-flowing polyurethane mass intended for:
- Sealing expansion joints in water tanks ,
- Flexible filling of expansion joints in industrial floors ,
- Sealing expansion joints in irrigation channels ,
- Sealing expansion joints at airports and runways ,
- Filling expansion joints between concrete and steel in places exposed to vehicular traffic ,
- Sealing roads, parking lots and industrial plants .

CONSUMPTION
- Consumption per 1 running meter of expansion joint:
- Width 2 cm x depth 1 cm → 0.28 kg
- Width 4 cm x depth 2 cm → 1.12 kg
- Width 8 cm x depth 2 cm → 2.24 kg
- 12 months in original unopened container, stored in a dry place at a temperature of ±20°C .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- The surface must be clean, dry and free from contamination .
- It is recommended to use an expansion joint for optimal sealing depth (width:depth ratio = 2:1).
- Priming:
- Porous surfaces: Primer-PU , Microsealer-50 .
- Wet surfaces: Aquadur , Aquasmart-Dur , Universal Primer 2K-4060 .
- Application:
- Mix components A and B (thoroughly for a few minutes).
- Pour the mass into the expansion joint or apply with a spatula/putty knife.
- Application temperature: +5 to +25°C .
