HYPERSEAL ® -50V-FC
Quick-setting sealing and adhesive mass based on PU and silylated polyurethane technology.
HYPERSEAL ® -50V-FC is a very fast-setting polyurethane adhesive mass based on PU technology and silylated polyurethane. The product has been developed to provide extended thixotropic properties. HYPERSEAL ® -50V-FC based on the HYPERSEAL system binds extremely quickly in reaction with air humidity. Excellent initial adhesion even on aluminum, glass or polycarbonate substrates.
APPLICATION
HYPERSEAL®-50V-FC is a quick-setting polyurethane sealing and adhesive mass intended for:
- Installing car windows ,
- Glass installation in the automotive industry ,
- Bonding metal, plastic, fiberglass ,
- Sealing expansion joints in swimming pools and tanks with chemically treated water .

STORAGE PERIOD
- 12 months in original unopened packaging, stored in a dry place at a temperature of 5-25°C .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean and degrease the surface.
- In case of smooth surfaces, priming with PRIMER-T is recommended .
- Application:
- Application method: caulking gun.
- Press the mass into the application site , avoiding air bubbles.
- Application temperature: +5°C to +25°C .
