EPOXY-RESIN-21 Clear is a two-component self-flowing epoxy resin with excellent binding and adhesive properties. The product consists of 100% solids, does not undergo any shrinkage during binding. It has extremely high penetrating properties . It binds perfectly with cement mortar, old and new concrete, metal surfaces. The material is ideal for concrete repair , crack sealing , concrete priming and filling cracks and holes in pillars, foundations, structural beams, etc.

APPLICATION

EPOXY RESIN 21 CLEAR is a two-component, self-flowing epoxy resin with high adhesion and durability. It is used for:

Bonding and tying :
- Cement mortars,
- Metal structures,
- Connections between old and new concrete.
Filling and sealing gaps and cracks in:
- Foundations,
- Pillars, pillars,
- Beams and walls.
Floor repairs ,
Priming concrete surfaces before applying other coatings .

APPLICATION

Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface of dust, grease and loose fragments.
- Remove old coatings and adhesion-reducing substances.
Mixing:
- Combine components A and B , mixing for a few minutes until a homogeneous substance is obtained.
Application:
- Application method:
  - Injection: Maximum crack depth up to 5 mm , substrate temperature +5°C to +30°C .
  - Priming or gluing: Apply with a roller or brush.
- Consumption: 0.3-0.7 kg/m² depending on application.
