Additives for liquid polyurethane membranes that will facilitate the application process
Hyperdesmo liquid membrane additives were created as a result of research and experience as a response to the need to improve work with a liquid membrane product and increase the comfort of its application even in extremely difficult conditions. We are aware that the surface of the liquid membrane application is not always perfectly even, completely flat and smooth. Sometimes we have to work with a different angle of inclination, with various textures and structures, with completely vertical surfaces and many unevennesses.

How do hyperdesmo additives make it easier to apply in difficult conditions?
For even better results and ease of application, it is worth mixing the liquid membrane with dedicated additives such as:
- Thixo Tool;
- Accelerator 300A.
Thixco -Tool membrane additive is a product whose task is to facilitate the application of the membrane on: vertical surfaces, inclined surfaces, strongly textured, wavy, uneven surfaces, etc. It is recommended that this additive constitutes about 10 to 30% of the liquid membrane. It all depends on the actual condition of the substrate and the degree of difficulty in application. Thanks to these additives, the thixotropic properties of the membrane are increased, which is equivalent to limiting the self-leveling properties of the membranes, so as to prevent, among others, the problems of: uneven distribution of the membrane layer on elevations and in the depressions of the surface with unevenness and wavy surfaces. In addition, it allows the application of the product on completely vertical surfaces in the amount of only 1 or 2 layers, immediately of considerable thickness, without fear of their runoff.

Membrane additives as a way to increase physicochemical properties
Another product from the category: additives for liquid membranes is Accelerator 300A, which is an excellent chemical binding accelerator. As a result of its action, so-called polymer molecules are created, which significantly increase the physiochemical properties of the coating, making it even more resistant to all mechanical and physical factors. This additive used in the amount of 1-1.5 kg per 25 kg of membrane product ensures an optimal relationship between the binding speed and the working time with the product. Thanks to this, the polymerization process is accelerated, the problem of bubbles when applying the product is eliminated, the possibility of applying a thick layer of the product at once, and its definitely easier application.
