AQUASMART® HYBRID-2K is a water-based protective and waterproofing coating that creates a flexible and durable membrane resistant to water and UV radiation. It can be used on roofs, under tiles in bathrooms and to protect polyurethane foams . It is easy to apply and allows for coloring, so you can match its appearance to the surface.
AQUASMART ® HYBRID-2 Who is a two-component polyurethane-acrylic coating, based on water. Fully aliphatic, used to insulate and protect surfaces from all environmental conditions. Easy application on both horizontal and vertical surfaces (fully thixotropic). After application, the product forms a flexible hydrophobic protective coating. Application in two layers with a brush, roller or airless spray.
APPLICATION
AQUASMART® HYBRID-2K is a two-component, aliphatic water-based polyurethane-acrylic membrane intended for:
- Roof waterproofing , roofing protection, roof sealing, roof renovation
- Protection of polyurethane foams ,
- Insulation under tiles in wet rooms ,
- Securing lightweight metal or fibre cement roofs .

CONSUMPTION
- Minimum total consumption: 1.2-1.7 kg/m² (for waterproofing).
- Minimum consumption as UV protective coating: 0.5 kg/m² .

- 2.5 kg component B + 25 g component A.
- 12 kg component B + 120 g component A.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- The surface must be clean, dry and free from contamination .
- In the case of concrete, remove cement laitance and loose fragments.
- Priming:
- Apply appropriate primer according to the primer selection table.
- Mixing:
- Mix component B , then add component A and mix for a few minutes (300 rpm).
- Possible to add 5-10% water for dilution.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush, airless spray.
- Minimum consumption:
- First layer: 0.6-0.8 kg/m² .
- Second layer: 0.6-0.9 kg/m² .
- Curing time: avoid precipitation and frost during application.
