HYGROSMART®-SLU-RAPID is a single-component, ready-to-use cement product based on highly resistant cement, aggregates and special additives for quick and easy self-leveling of floor surfaces. It provides strong adhesion and excellent rheology to any mineral substrate.
APPLICATION
HYGROSMART®-SLU-RAPID is a fast-setting, self-leveling cement screed designed for:
- Filling and smoothing gaps in concrete, ceramic and stone floors.
- Creating flat, durable surfaces on existing floors.
- Floors intended for the installation of tiles, carpets, wooden and PVC panels.
- For use in industrial buildings – the product can be left uncovered and painted.
- Underfloor heating installation .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- The surface should be clean, stable and dust-free .
- Remove any grease, dirt and loose parts.
- Fill cracks and irregularities with EPOXY RESIN-21-T or HYGROSMART®-Fix&Finish epoxy resin .
- Priming:
- Moisten the surface with water or prime it with an appropriate preparation before applying the screed.
- Mixing:
- Add 25 kg of the product to 4.5 – 4.75 kg of water , mixing with a mixer at low speed ( 300 rpm ).
- Leave the mixture for 2-3 minutes , then mix again.
- Application:
- Spread the product with a notched trowel or spiked roller to remove air bubbles.
- Do not apply in direct sunlight or strong wind .
- Filling and smoothing gaps.
- Creating flat and durable surfaces on existing floors made of concrete, ceramics, mosaics, natural stone, etc.
- Floors on which wooden floors, plastic tiles or carpets are to be installed.
- Industrial buildings where the product may be completely exposed and painted.
- Preparing floors before installing tiles, carpets, wooden or plastic floors, glued or not.
- Installation of underfloor heating systems.
