HYGROSMART®-ADHESIVE A100
Two-component, 100% aliphatic waterproofing membrane based on polyurethane dispersion in water (Zero VOC)
HYGROSMART®-ADHESIVE A100 cement adhesive is a high-quality adhesive based on cement modified with synthetic resins. It has excellent technical properties and no slippage on vertical surfaces. The polyurethane adhesive is easy to use on both horizontal and vertical substrates, regardless of weather conditions.
APPLICATION
HYGROSMART®-ADHESIVE A100 is a high-quality cementitious adhesive , modified with synthetic resins. It is intended for:
- Installing ceramic tiles on floors and walls – both interior and exterior.
- Bonding tiles in swimming pools – in indoor and outdoor pool basins.
- Installing tiles on cement screeds, concrete and gypsum plasters .
- Laying tiles on HYPERDESMO® waterproofing membranes .

CONSUMPTION

PACKAGING
- 25 kg bag (color: white).
STORAGE
- 12 months in original, unopened packaging, stored in dry conditions (5-25°C).
CLEANING
- Tools can be cleaned with water immediately after application .
- Once the glue has dried, only mechanical cleaning is possible .
SECURITY
- Contains cement – may cause skin irritation .
- During application, wear protective gloves and avoid contact with eyes .

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface of dust, grease, oil and cement laitance.
- Fill the gaps with dedicated products.
- In case of a very dry surface – moisten with water before applying the glue .
- Mixing:
- Proportions: 25 kg of glue + 7-8 liters of water .
- Mix mechanically, leave for 5 minutes , then mix again.
- Application:
- Application method: notched trowel.
- After applying the adhesive, tiles must be laid within 20 minutes .
- Application temperature: from +5°C to +35°C .
- Application on HYPERDESMO® membrane:
- Wait 48 hours after applying the membrane before applying the adhesive.
- Expansion joints between tiles should be filled with HYPERSEAL®-50FC polyurethane sealant .
- Tiles can be grouted only after 3 days to maintain the full mechanical properties of the adhesive.
