HYGROSMART®-BUILDING-F mineral cement mortar is a technologically advanced single-component, fibre-reinforced mineral geo-mortar. The product has excellent mechanical resistance properties combined with easy workability and quick application on horizontal and vertical surfaces. HYGROSMART®-BUILDING-F has high adhesion (strongly adheres to concrete) and can be applied in thick layers without the risk of cracking.

APPLICATION

HYGROSMART®-BUILDING F is a single-component, fibre-reinforced, mineral cement geomortar intended for:

• Structural repairs to concrete , including pillars, columns, slabs and walls.
• Reprofiling of concrete surfaces .
• Repair concrete with exposed steel reinforcement in saline or acidic environments.
• Protecting concrete against carbonation and other degradation processes.
• Creating water drains and leveling the surface .
• Repair of prefabricated concrete and plaster elements .

LIMITATIONS

• Application temperature range: +5°C to +35°C .
• Do not use on plaster or metal surfaces .
• Do not add more water than recommended – this may impair the mechanical properties

• 1.7 kg/m² per 1 mm layer thickness .

PACKAGING

• 25 kg bag (colour: grey).

STORAGE

• 12 months in original, tightly closed packaging (5-25°C).
