Hygrosmart®-Fix&Finish repair mortar is a single-component, thixotropic mortar for structural repairs and smoothing layers on internal and external, horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. It is suitable for repairs of structures exposed to air and constant contact with water. After mixing, the product creates a mortar with good workability, fast setting and hardening time. It is applied with a trowel in a single layer from 3 to 40 mm thick to repair and smooth concrete. The product hardens without shrinkage and is characterized by excellent adhesion to the concrete substrate.

APPLICATION

HYGROSMART®-FIX & FINISH is a fast-setting, thixotropic PCC cement mortar enriched with fibres. It is intended for:

• Structural concrete repairs , including corners, edges, piers and retaining walls.
• Filling and smoothing imperfections in concrete surfaces prior to painting or further finishing.
• Renovation of precast concrete elements .
• Waterproofing and repairs of places exposed to constant contact with water – e.g. swimming pools (under tiles), roofs, balconies.

LIMITATIONS

• Application temperature range: +5°C to +35°C .
• Do not add additional water once setting begins .
• Do not use on smooth, non-absorbent surfaces without prior matting .
• Do not apply to a dry surface – moisten it before use .

• 1.75 kg/m² per 1 mm layer thickness .

PACKAGING

• 5 kg, 25 kg bag (color: gray).

STORAGE

• 12 months in original, tightly closed packaging (5-25°C).
