HYGROSMART® MAK-FLOW
Single component, non-shrink, high strength, flowable mass for structural concrete repairs and anchoring

HYGROSMART® MAK-FLOW Repair mass
HYGROSMART®-MAK-FLOW is a single-component cementitious mass with high fluidity and shrinkage compensation, certified according to EN 1504-6 and EN 1504-3 (class R4). HYGROSMART®-MAK-FLOW is ideal for structural concrete repairs, precision injection and anchoring of reinforcement.
APPLICATION
HYGROSMART®-MAK-FLOW is a single-component, high-strength, flowable cement mass intended for:
- Structural concrete repairs ,
- Anchoring of reinforcing bars ,
- Reinforcement of bridges, tunnels and buildings ,
- Assembly of gas and steam turbines, generators, milling machines ,
- Pouring the post supports ,
- Filling empty spaces and cavities in concrete ,
- Interior and exterior applications .
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- High mechanical strength – class R4 , compression resistance > 75 MPa.
- Single-component – easy application, no need to mix multiple ingredients.
- Shrinkage compensation – minimizing the risk of cracking.
- Waterproof – excellent resistance to water and weather conditions.
- No water leakage or segregation – uniform structure after setting.
- Excellent flowability – enables precise filling of forms and gaps.
- Maximum aggregate size: 2.5 mm – improves application and surface finish.
LIMITATIONS
- The substrate must be load-bearing and properly prepared .
- Do not add excessive amounts of water – this affects durability and strength.
- Do not use in full sun or strong wind without appropriate protection .
- Minimum application temperature: +10°C , maximum: +35°C.
- After pouring, the mass should be properly cared for – it should be protected against rapid evaporation of water.
- Depends on the roughness of the substrate and the thickness of the layer .
RESILIENCE
Time | Compressive strength (MPa) | Bending strength (MPa) |
---|---|---|
1 day | ≥35 | ≥5 |
7 days | ≥65 | ≥7 |
28 days | ≥75 | ≥8 |

HYPERDESMO SYSTEM application guide
APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Remove loose elements, dirt, grease.
- Expose aggregate and roughen the surface.
- The edges of the repaired surface should be cut vertically to a minimum depth of 10 mm .
- Moisten the surfaces with water 24 hours before application , but avoid excess water.
- Mixing:
- Add 3.5-4 kg of water per 25 kg of dry mix .
- Mix mechanically for at least 5 minutes until uniform.
- Do not mix by hand – a mixer is necessary.
- Application:
- Apply by pouring the mass from one side to allow air to escape.
- In the case of large surfaces, use metal separation tapes in the formwork.
- Do not use a mechanical vibrator – compact by lightly tapping the formwork.
- Working time with mass: up to 20 minutes at 20°C
- Repair of damaged concrete
- Anchors
- Bridges, tunnels, buildings
- Gas or steam turbines, generators, milling machines
- Post supports
- Filling imperfections in concrete elements
- For outdoor and indoor use
