HYGROSMART®-PU-CEMENT-3K is a three-component polyurethane-cement system designed to protect concrete floors. It is particularly suitable for applications in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and sanitary and engineering industries.
Application
- Protection and coating of industrial floors in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other plants requiring high chemical resistance.
- Antistatic, anti-slip, decorative floor coatings.
- Waterproofing and protection of roofs, terraces and balconies.

HYGROSMART SYSTEM application guide
Application
- Substrate preparation : Removal of contamination, surface humidity <10%, application temperature 5-35°C.
- Mixing ingredients : First component C, then A and B, mixing for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Application : Recommended thickness 4-10 mm, applied with a metal trowel and spiked roller to remove air bubbles.
