HYPERDESMO ® ADY-E Protective Coating

HYPERDESMO®-ADY-E is a colorless, glossy polyurethane coating that protects surfaces against UV radiation, abrasion and moisture. It can be applied to waterproofing membranes, concrete, floors and other materials , providing them with durability and resistance to external factors. It can also be colored to improve the appearance and additionally protect the surface from the sun.

HYPERDESMO®-ADY-E is a single-component, transparent, high-gloss, aliphatic polyurethane coating used as a protective layer for:

HYPERDESMO® Membran – protection against UV radiation and mechanical factors,
Concrete and synthetic floors ,
Surfaces requiring resistance to UV, abrasion and chemicals ,
Decorative waterproofing finish – pigmentation possible.

Resistance to UV radiation – does not turn yellow even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
High mechanical resistance – protects surfaces against abrasion and damage.
Chemical and thermal resistance – retains properties at temperatures from -40°C to 80°C , withstands thermal shock up to 200°C .
Hydrophobic and flexible membrane – effectively protects against moisture and water.
Easy to apply – by roller, brush or airless spray.
Pigmentable – colours available for additional UV protection.

Minimum total consumption: 0.1-0.5 kg/m² .

APPLICATION

Preparation of the substrate:
- The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease.
- In case of smooth surfaces it is recommended to use PRIMER-T or mattify the surface.
Application:
- Application method: roller, brush or spray.
- Consumption: 0.1 kg/m² per layer .
- Recoating time: max. 48 hours .
- In case of application on HYPERDESMO® membranes, the protective layer must be colored with pigment.
