100% aliphatic, single-component polyurethane liquid membrane for waterproofing building structures with particular emphasis on the renovation of worn-out roof coverings (including roofing felt, PVC, EPDM, TPO/FPO) and waterproofing of terraces/balconies. Resistance to pedestrian traffic.
HYPERDESMO-ADY610 is a fully aliphatic (very highly resistant to harmful UV radiation), single-component, liquid polyurethane membrane. After curing, it creates a highly flexible, non-yellowing or chalking under UV, abrasion-resistant (resistant to public pedestrian traffic) waterproofing coating. The product was developed for investments requiring a stable color of the coating applied in one layer. Application of the membrane in one layer results in faster project implementation and allows to minimize errors related to the bond strength of the interlayers.

- Waterproofing and protection of surfaces such as:
- New flat roofs,
- Roof waterproofing, roof covering protection, roof sealing, roof renovation,
- Renovation of roof coverings (roofing felt, PVC, TPO/FPO),
- Waterproofing of balconies, terraces and verandas,
- UV protection of closed-cell polyurethane foam thermal insulation,
- Waterproofing of lightweight roofs made of sheet metal, sandwich panels and fibre cement.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface, remove oil, grease, cement laitance and loose fragments of coatings.
- Fill gaps with appropriate products.
- Priming:
- Use a primer suitable for the substrate.
- Application:
- Method: Brush, roller, airless spray.
- Wear:
- Balconies/terraces (light loads) – 0.8 kg/m² .
- Balconies/terraces (medium loads) – 1.5 kg/m² .
- Roofs – 1.5-2 kg/m² .
- Top coat – 0.8-1.2 kg/m² .
- With reinforcement – ~2.5 kg/m² .
- Time to apply the next layer: 12-24h (do not exceed 48h).
