HYPERDESMO ® CLASSIC
Single-component liquid polyurethane membrane, which bonds by reaction with air humidity. A solid middle class of membranes used for waterproofing building structures, especially new roofs and for renovation of worn-out, old roof coverings.
HYPERDESMO ® – CLASSIC is an easy and economical solution to the problem of waterproofing and protection. A single-component liquid polyurethane membrane, which bonds by reaction with air humidity. The polymerized membrane is characterized by high elasticity and strong adhesion to the substrate over the entire application surface. The composition of the membrane is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which results in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and other environmental resistance, including the development of mosses and lichens. Application by brush, roller or airless spray with a minimum permissible consumption of 1.2-1.5 kg/m 2 .

- Vapour permeability – the membrane allows the surface to “breathe”, eliminating the problem of condensation.
- Good chemical resistance – resistance to water, salts and chemicals used in construction.
- Can be applied on various surfaces – concrete, wood, roof tiles, metals, old acrylic and asphalt coatings.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface, remove fats, grease, loose coatings and cement laitance.
- Fill gaps with HYPERSEAL® .
- Priming:
- Use an appropriate primer selected for the type of surface.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush or airless spray.
- Wear:
- First layer: 0.75-0.9 kg/m² .
- Second layer: 0.75-0.9 kg/m² .
- Minimum total: 1.5-1.8 kg/m² .
- Time to apply the next layer: 6-24 hours , maximum 48 hours.
