Hyperdesmo Cold Cure Polyurea 2K is a two-component, cold-applied polyurea liquid membrane with a roller, squeegee or airless spray. The product sets quickly, creating a bubble-free coating in less than 2 hours. The resulting membrane is characterized by very high resistance to operating factors and fire resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to many types of substrates. The product is classified as M2 according to the French SNPE standard and B2 according to the German DIN 4102 (fire classification).
APPLICATION
- Waterproofing and protection of various surfaces, including:
- PUR spray foams,
- Wet rooms (bathrooms, laundries, changing rooms),
- Verandas, terraces and balconies,
- Roofs, including facilities with increased fire risk (chemical and energy factories),
- Light roofs made of fibre cement, sheet metal,
- roof waterproofing, roof covering protection, roof sealing, roof renovation.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer.
- Remove oils, grease, cement laitance.
- Fill gaps and remove sharp edges.
- Priming:
- Use appropriate primer (according to the primer selection table).
- Mixing:
- Slow mixer ( 300 rpm ).
- In case of airless spraying, SOLVENT-01 (5-10%) can be added.
- Working time after mixing: 20-30 minutes.
- Application:
- With a roller, rubber strip or hydrodynamic spray ( 200-250 bar ).
- Wear:
- Minimum total: 1.5-2 kg/m² .
- First layer: 0.8-1 kg/m² .
- Second layer: 0.8-1 kg/m² .
- Time to apply the next coat: 6-24 hours (do not exceed 48 hours).
