HYPERDESMO-D Polyurethane membrane
HYPERDESMO® -D is a single-component polyurethane fluid, the cross-linking of which occurs in reaction with moisture in the atmospheric air. It creates a coating with high adhesion parameters to many types of substrates, and is also characterized by excellent chemical, friction and hydrolysis resistance. The product is used for making industrial floors, parking lots/garages, cold stores. Application by roller, brush and/or hydrodynamic spray.

- Metal structures,

- Sewer pipes and internal tanks.

- Resistance to high temperatures :
- Permanent exposure: up to 80°C ,
- Thermal shock: up to 200°C .
- No dilution required – ready to apply.
- Additional UV protection is recommended – e.g. HYPERDESMO®-ADY-E in case of sun exposure.

- Maximum total consumption: 0.3 kg/m² (or 0.45 kg/m² in contact with chemicals).

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer,
- Remove fats, grease, loose coatings,
- Fill gaps with HYPERSEAL®-25LM .
- Priming:
- Selection of appropriate primer in accordance with the primer selection card.
- Application:
- Application method: roller, brush, airless spray.
- Wear:
- Maximum per layer: 0.15 kg/m² .
- Maximum total: 0.3 kg/m² .
- In case of permanent contact with chemicals: 3 layers of 0.15 kg/m² (total consumption 0.45 kg/m²) .
- Recoat time: 2-3 hours (before full hardening).
