HYPERDESMO®-POLYUREA-2K-HC is a strong and durable protective coating , which is applied by a special hot spray. It creates a flexible and waterproof membrane , resistant to abrasion, impact and high temperatures. It is used to protect roofs, industrial floors, water tanks and pipes . Thanks to its fast curing, it is suitable for places requiring immediate protection. Ideal for applications in construction and industry.
HYPERDESMO ® -POLYUREA-2K-HC is a two-component polyurea membrane consisting of 100% solids. Application by two-component spray. It creates a highly flexible, extremely durable membrane with increased adhesion to the substrate. Recommended for commercial and industrial applications (e.g. large-area roofs of warehouses, shopping centers, production halls) requiring increased parameters of resistance to friction, impact, etc.
APPLICATION
- Waterproofing and protection of surfaces such as:
- Industrial floors,
- Roofs,
- Tanks, including drinking water tanks (after technical consultation),
- Pipes and other construction elements,
- Protection of PU and polystyrene insulating foams.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface with a high pressure washer,
- Remove fats, grease, loose coatings, cement laitance,
- Fill gaps with appropriate repair products.
- Priming:
- Apply primer according to the primer selection table.
- Application:
- Component temperature:
- Component A (ISO): 70-75°C ,
- Component B (POLYOL): 60-67°C ,
- Hose temperature: approx. 70°C .
- Application pressure: 170-205 bar (2,500-3,000 psi).
- Minimum total consumption: 1.5-2.0 kg/m² .
- Recoating time: up to 24 hours .
