HYPERDESMO ®
A single-component polyurethane membrane whose polymerization occurs as a result of a reaction with moisture contained in the atmosphere.
HYPERDESMO ® is a single-component polyurethane membrane , the polymerization of which occurs as a result of a reaction with moisture contained in the atmosphere. It creates a very flexible , resistant to all environmental conditions, seamless coating with high bonding parameters to almost any type of substrate. The membrane is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins with an inorganic additive. This guarantees excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV resistance and other harmful environmental effects, such as the growth of microorganisms. Application by brush, roller or hydrodynamic spray with a minimum total consumption of 1.5-1.8 kg/m2.

- Resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions – the white colour reflects the sun’s rays, reducing the temperature inside the building.
- Thermal and chemical resistance – temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, thermal shock up to 200°C.
- Vapour permeability – allows the substrate to breathe, prevents moisture accumulation.
- Very good mechanical properties – resistance to stretching, abrasion and damage.
- Can be applied to various surfaces – concrete, ceramic tiles, asphalt, wood, corroded metals, galvanized steel.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface, remove oils, grease, waxes and loose particles.
- Fill gaps with HYPERSEAL®-25LM .
- Priming:
- Use an appropriate primer depending on the type of surface.
- Application:
- Application by roller, brush or airless spray (200-250 bar).
- Wear:
- First layer: 0.7-0.9 kg/m² .
- Second layer: 0.8-0.9 kg/m² .
- Minimum total consumption: 1.5-1.8 kg/m² .
- Time between layers: max. 48h .
- If 4 days between applications are exceeded, use UNIVERSAL PRIMER-2K-4060 .
