MICROSEALER PU is a single-component universal polyurethane primer for use on all surfaces. Also used for impregnating porous and smooth surfaces. It can be used on both dry and damp concrete. The polymerized primer film exhibits outstanding physical properties: elongation of 400% and tensile force exceeding 20N/mm 2 . These features perfectly match the properties of liquid membranes from the HYPERDESMO ® line . Application by brush or roller. Consumption 100-500 gr/m 2 , depending on the degree of surface porosity.
APPLICATION
- Priming surfaces before applying HYPERDESMO® polyurethane membranes.
- Used on various surfaces:
- Damp and wet concrete,
- Ceramic surfaces,
- Polycarbonate,
- Glass, marble, metals.
- Can be used as a concrete impregnation .

APPLICATION
- Surface preparation:
- Clean the surface, remove dirt, cement laitance, greasy substances.
- Fill the gaps with a mixture of MICROSEALER-PU and quartz sand.
- App:
- Application method: brush or roller.
- Consumption: 100-500 g/m², depending on the porosity of the surface.
- Optional dilution: Up to 5% SOLVENT-01 may be added.
- Once dry, the HYPERDESMO® membrane can be applied.
