After contact with water, it creates a durable and flexible foam that prevents further moisture penetration. It is ideal for foundations, tunnels and water tanks , strengthening the structure and extending its durability.
WATERFOAM TM -1K-LV is a single-component hydrophobic polyurethane resin for injection. Flexible, reacts with water to form a durable bond that fills cracks and crevices, permanently sealing concrete. Recommended use also includes concrete subject to constant structural movements. Application with a single-component injection pump.

APPLICATION
- Preparation of the substrate:
- Clean the surface (pressure washing recommended).
- Remove fats, grease and loose concrete particles.
- Fill larger gaps with HYPERSEAL®-25LM .
- Mixing:
- Add WATERFOAM ™ Catalyst at a ratio of 1-10% , depending on the moisture level of the concrete.
- The container with the mixture should be covered to avoid contact with moisture.
- Application:
- Application method: injection pump.
- Gradually increase injection pressure to achieve optimal seal.
- Cleaning:
- Clean the equipment with SOLVENT-WF SPECIAL immediately after application to avoid hardening of the resin in the equipment.
